Terms & Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and RoundShare when you create an account or use the app.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using RoundShare, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Riders under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
- You must give accurate information about yourself, your horses and your shows.
- Choose your role honestly — rider, parent or trainer — because it shapes what the app shows you.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you capture on RoundShare — your ride videos, photos, captions, results and memories (“your content”).
To make the app work, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process and display your content, and to adapt it technically (compress, resize, generate thumbnails and previews). The licence lasts only as long as your content is on RoundShare — when you or we delete it, the licence ends. We will never sell your content or use it in advertising without your separate, explicit permission.
Where the rider is under 18, that permission must come from a parent or guardian in writing.
You are responsible for having the right to share the content you upload — including that you (or a rightsholder) own or have permission to use the media, and that anyone appearing in it has consented to being filmed, photographed and shared within the audience you choose.
4. Community conduct
RoundShare exists so riders can share their riding life with people who genuinely appreciate the sport. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate other riders.
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that endangers horses or people.
- Post results or placings you know to be false, or misrepresent who rode.
- Use the app to spam, scrape, or build a follower leaderboard or public feed outside the app.
- Try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Accounts are private by default, and we may restrict sharing features if we believe they are being abused.
5. Show and results information
RoundShare helps you remember your shows and results, but it is not an official source of competition results, standings or qualifications. Official results come from show management and competition authorities. We work hard to keep the app accurate but we can’t guarantee that show data, schedules or results shown in RoundShare are complete or error-free.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
RoundShare is currently free. If we introduce paid subscriptions or in-app purchases in the future, the following will apply:
- Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play, under their payment terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings at any time.
- We will always show the price, the length of the subscription and what's included before you buy.
7. Ending these terms
You can stop using RoundShare and delete your account at any time (see our Delete Account page). We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. We will try to give you notice where we reasonably can. When these terms end, the rights and licences you granted end too, except for the licences to content you shared publicly with others and any provisions that naturally survive.
8. Disclaimers
RoundShare is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own backups of anything that matters to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoundShare and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost enjoyment, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don’t allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section takes away any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email in advance. Continuing to use RoundShare after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
